Terrance Investigates Mr. Vance

Data revealed a consistent pattern of deviations from his reported work route, leading to a specific area of town known for upscale restaurants and bars.TPI agents then conducted discreet visual surveillance around these locations. Over several nights, they observed Mr.Vance leaving his vehicle and entering a particular restaurant in Rice Village, in Houston. Surveillance footage from neighboring businesses was obtained, confirming Mr.Vances. presence. This footage, though grainy in places, showed him with a woman, not his wife, engaging in affectionate behavior. On one particular night, an agent, positioned across the street, captured high-quality photographic and video evidence of Mr.Vance, and the woman leaving the restaurant together, laughing and holding hands. They drove off in Mr.Vances car, eventually arriving at a residential area several miles from their home. The GPS data supported this route and the location analysis pointed towards an apartment complex.
