The license plate number of the vehicle led us to the registered owner: a man named Michael, who, upon further investigation, had a history of obsessive behavior and a prior restraining order from a previous relationship.
A Path to Safety
With solid evidence linking Michael to the stalking, we presented our findings to law enforcement. The information we provided gave the police the probable cause necessary to obtain a warrant for Michael's arrest. He was subsequently apprehended and charged with stalking and harassment.
