Hey Houston! Terrance Private Investigator & Associates, we believe that everyone deserves to have a good pair of shoes. That’s why we were so excited to host our first annual shoes drive to collect gently used/ new shoes for those in need near the downtown Houston area. Over the years there has been a tremendous increase in the homeless population there and we wanted to help!
The Shoe Drive
We put out a call for donations on our social media pages and in our office. We were overwhelmed by the response from our community. We collected hundreds of pairs of shoes of all sizes and styles for men, women and children. We were also able to collect clean socks from our sponsors along with shoe laces.
Distributing the Shoes
Coordinated by our outreach team, we went out into the community to hand out shoes to people who were living on the streets in tents near the Downtown Houston area. We also partnered with a local homeless shelter to distribute the extra shoes, socks and laces we collected. Our community was thrilled to receive the outpour of love and blessings from our team. So many people were grateful and thankful, most of all we were more than touched to be there.
Making a Difference, One Pair at a Time
We were able to help hundreds of people get a new/ gently used pair of shoes and clean socks. We are so grateful to everyone who donated to our drive. Your generosity made a real difference in the lives of our community members.
Moving Forward
We are committed to continuing to serve our community. We believe that everyone deserves to have access to the essentials they need to live a comfortable and dignified life.
